Senator Therriault, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                  
2568. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                                   
RESOLUTION NO. 21(STA) Relating to the Vietnam War, to                                              
veterans and their families, and to the Vietnam War memorial entitled                               
"The Moving Wall" was adopted and was before the Senate on final
